NOTICE:
An inconsistency in the AMWTP RFP was
identified regarding the due date for Past Performance
Questionnaires. Section L.4(e) Criterion 5, Subparagraph (2),
states that Past Performance Questionnaires are due to the
Government not later than the proposal due date (January 14, 2009).
Section L, Attachment 1, page 3 of 5, states that the Past
Performance Questionnaires are due no later than one week after
proposals are due.
DOE will accept the Past Performance
Questionnaires no later than one week after proposals are due, or
January 21, 2009.
