DOE Seeks Office Spaces for its Idaho Environmental Management Team
The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) is seeking local office space here to
support the Office of Environmental Management’s cleanup mission at the
Department’s Idaho Site. DOE is looking to possibly lease approximately 16,000
to 18,000 square feet of new or existing general office space. The desired
location for this leased office space will be located within the boundaries of:
Snarr and Iona Road to the North; Woodruff Avenue to the East; Sunnyside Road to
the South and 35th Avenue to the West.
It is requested that proposals include photos and layout sketches of the
offered facility or facilities. Specific facility information of interest, such
as energy saving materials and construction details should be included in the
proposal. A square footage lease estimate for the facility or facilities, tenant
improvements, telecommunications infrastructure and any other related costs
should also be included in the proposal.
The Government is considering whether to remain in its existing space or
relocating to alternative space. In making the determination to relocate the
Environmental Management office functions, the Government will consider total
costs likely to be incurred through relocating
